It features padded handles that allow for 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pullups. The 300 pound weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. The Multi-Gym Elite includes a curved, ergonomic, wide grip for maximum lat muscle engagement.
