Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Assembly-required products must be unassembled
  • All accessories and manuals must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Foam Rollers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Aerobic Fitness Balls (once removed from packaging)
  • Opened personal care or hygiene-related accessories
  • Custom or specially ordered equipment

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team with your return request using the template below.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to process
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Method

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
