Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Assembly-required products must be unassembled
  • All accessories and manuals must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Foam Rollers (hygiene reasons)
  • Aerobic Fitness Balls (once removed from packaging)
  • Opened personal care or hygiene-related accessories
  • Custom or specially ordered equipment

Return Process – Step by Step

1Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your return request.

2Receive Authorization

We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

3Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package.

4Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

Exchange shipping is free when the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
