When visual and audible cues are combined during training, athletes are forced to think and react quickly to develop Athletic Intelligence™ and improve their game day performance. Randomized training requires athletes to adjust on the fly to make split-second decisions, simulating in-game moments. Multiple reaction time speed settings can be activated through the included remote control to illuminate numbers on a timed interval or one at a time.
